This is an announcement to all Jama Connect users that we are in the process of upgrading Elastic Search. Enhancing this feature requires one scheduled downtime of up to 6 hours.
Dates to know:
We are spreading these downtimes across our customer base in separate day intervals throughout March 17th, 18th, and 19th.
EU downtime: Tuesday March 17 beginning at 6:00pm CET
AU downtime: Wednesday, March 18 beginning at 4:00am AEDT
Wednesday, March 18th beginning at 6:00pm PDT
Thursday, March 19 beginning at 6:00pm PDT
I am in the US and there are two different days and times, how do I drill down when my downtime is scheduled?:
We will also send your System Administrator, of record, a personalized email with your dedicated scheduled downtime on it. Contact this person within your organization and ask them to look out for an email with the specifications below:

Will be sent on: March 11, 2020 at 12:00pm PDT
This email will have your date/time as well as any other information you will need. Note: All Jama Connect System Administrators from US, AU, and EU will be sent this email.
