To inform our upcoming product work, we have planned various design research activities. We’ll need Jama Software users to participate and help us learn more about how you think about the tough work you do. If you have any interest in participating in a design research or usability session, just complete this short form.

We’ll contact you, if you’re a good fit!

There are two areas we want to explore with you:

Review Center

The design goals under research are making it easier to work quickly in a review, stay focused on what matters to you most, and understand changes as the review proceeds.

For this research, we will review design concepts for 60 minutes with people who:

Mostly launch and moderate reviews
Mostly participate in reviews
The research is tentatively scheduled for late February/early March.

Reading View

The design goals under research are to improve readability, allow people to see more data in the display, make section numbering more meaningful, save and share this view, and make the reading view a better publishing preview.

For this research, we will review design concepts for 60 minutes with people who:

Use Jama Software nearly every day and work more as a systems engineer/architect or business analyst. This person supports engineering and test teams in getting information they need and tracing the product story or progress.
Use Jama Software less frequently or more cyclically. These people are typically hardware/software/mechanical/test engineers and often want to read more fully for context in their work.
The research is tentatively scheduled for mid/late March.
