Users with Collaborator licenses need to monitor, clarify, ask questions, make decisions and update their team on project changes as well as execute manual test runs in Jama. Great for users that may live in other tools but need to stay connected to the larger product team. Collaborators can include people in engineering/development, testing/validation, marketing, professional services, support, sales and executive management.
