Restrict the project key change to only Jama admins.

I have using Jira and Jama item synchronization using Tasktop connector. Some time Jama project admins can change the project key and that was broken our synchronize.

So we want to restrict the project key change to only Jama admins. Is that possible? If not can you take this as a Feature request?

    We second this request, for us the changing set key breaks the process, since the documentation relies on the item IDs. We would be glad to be able to block the feature.
