Cannot select field for "Test Case ID"

One of the request from my users is the following:

Cannot add "Test Case ID" to the select-able columns of a test run.
I've checked the list of columns but there is no "Test Case ID"
imageIs there a way to do this and add the "Test Case ID"?

    If you have Jama 8X, you would be able to use Traceview which would allow you to view upstream the test cases attached to the test runs. We upgraded the Test Center, especially, to have assumed traceability - this upgrade in 8x answered a lot of customer our needs.

    We have 3 small-ish improvements under consideration and making the Test Case ID more accessible is one of these.

    The options being considered are
    1. update the existing Test Case field to include the ID
    2. changing the current Test Case field to just be the ID
    3. adding another field specific to the Test Case ID
    I was leaning toward the second option as showing the Test Case name is just a duplicate of the Test Run name 99% of the time.

    Other small improvements were to move the description above the steps within the test execution dialog and add ability to include a rich text template for the actual results on the test run.

    I would vote for 1or 2, and prefer 2 (just ID). Test case names become meaningless on large projects.
