Feature Request - Filter Edits by multiple people
Need the ability to assign multiple authors to a filter. This is needed so when individuals are out of the office other individuals can edit filters as needed. Filters are created thousands of times a day by many users. A filter is created for each review published to review center, and could have many updates to it throughout the review cycle.
Currently only the Org Admin (EI&T), or the user who created the filter can update it.
Preferably at the project admin level.
