Possibility to find in which item(s) an attachment is included

Hi,
I have tried to find in which items a specific attachment is included. I would like to have the information available in 2 places:
1. Attachment management in Project configuration - showing the items in which the attachment is used (if any).
2. Filters - possibility to add Attachment as search criteria.
As an example why I request this: I have a project with over 300 items and 1 attachment - now I need to find the item that has the attachment included, but there is no way to find this without going through all items one by one.
