Consequent linking of items within the Activity Stream

Hi everyone,

I would like to encourage Jama to link artefacts within Jama more consequently.
Example for where this is not done consequently:
  - When signing a baseline, the reference (=link) to the actual Review and/or baseline is missing

  - When initiating a reviews, the review should be referenced via link

- When a new revision of a review is started, link to it:

- When adding tags to an item, refer to the item (it is not possible to see at the moment to which item the tag is added at all...)

I believe there are more use cases where the linking to the actual item is missing - a more structured analysis would be good, I guess.
