Both "Suspect" and "Synchronize" are ways to flow changes from one item to another.  For "Suspect", it is flowing changes from one item to another item with which it has a relationship.  For "Synchronize", it is flowing changes from one item to another item with the same Global ID.   If you have any fields declared to trigger Suspect but not trigger Synchronize (or fields declared to trigger Synchronize but not trigger Suspect), I would appreciate hearing what fields they are and why you want this behavior, either by posting a response to this post, or by emailing me directly (gclemm@jamasoftware.com), whichever you prefer.  Thanks in advance!
