Visual Indicator when Adding Test Cases to a Test Plan

I love how easy it is to drag and drop Test Cases when defining a Test Plan. After dragging several over, it becomes difficult to remember which Test Cases I have already pulled over and which ones are still candidates.
It would be nice is there was a visual indicator in the right panel (tree structure of Test Cases) of which ones have already been assigned to this Test Plan. That would allow us to visually see which ones are still candidates to be assigned.
The other option would be to filter the already assigned Test Cases - removing them from the candidate list. I would prefer the visual indicator approach so I can see the structure / context of the Test Cases I am selecting from.
