Ability to see test cases assigned to me and not run, but remain in test groups

I can select 'Show only assigned to me', but it's all. When I have 100+ test cases assigned and I'm really only interested in seeing the ones that remain to be executed, the only way I've found is to sort on Status. But that means that everything is out of the test group structure. I would like to be able to filter down to only the test cases assigned to me, not run, and in test group order.
