Review Center: Follow entire section of content

We have some reviewers that would like to follow an entire section of content, such as all requirements for a certain subsystem:
This is a common request when the leads responsible for an entire set of content want their subject matter experts (SMEs) to review certain sections prior to making a final disposition, but the full set of content needs to be sent as one review for context and contract obligations. In this situation, the SMEs only want to follow the content they are responsible for reviewing and not have comments diluted with feedback on the rest of the document. In addition, manually clicking to follow items can be cumbersome when there are many items in a hierarchy node so bulk selection would be significantly more efficient.
Currently in Jama the only way to follow a group of objects is to follow an entire page, which may or may not contain the specific items of interest. What would be significantly more valuable than following a page where there is no control over the start and end (other than adjusting the number of items shown) would be to follow items below a user-defined starting point in the hierarchy.
