Review Center Stats - Feature Rq
  • We do not always have the evidence necessary for FAA certification. This is due to the stats tab in each review not having enough data and detail to ensure a proper review was completed against items.

  • Need to show who has, and has not approved each item showing with in the review. Even though an item has been approved it is crucial to show by who since each review in the review has a different reason for being in the review. Safety is there for safety purposes, and only cares about the data that is related to safety. Where the DAC (Quality) may only care about a specific part of the item. Without knowing who approved which item it is hard to tell if all aspects of the review have been covered.

  • Need the ability to allow the visibility to the "Item Progress" function that moderators have for the approver role. Often our engineers will assign multiple approvers to a review, and each approver will approve their own "section" (Safety, Derived Requirements, etc). Currently moderators are only able to see the item progress view. Notes from engineer: "Having the below shown filters available in Jama review center would be very useful for the approvers. That would enable the approvers to sort on safety requirements or derived requirements etc."

  • Need to be able to display in Review Center a way that allows review participants to see items that have been removed from the review since the previous version. The review moderator sees a message when the review is to be published and the content is changed due to items being removed. There should be some way for all review participants to be notified of this type of change. Even though Items have been deleted from within the review, it could create a potential problem they do not identify which item(s) have been removed. If a filter was updated in error, and a new revision has been published the review may not provide the full impact of what is showing within the review, since most items that have been worked under the same CR should be reviewed together. By showing the items that have been removed will help ensure that it was not done in error, and that the correct items have been removed as expected.

  • Currently there is not a way for a user/admin/org admin to tell who moved a review from the completed state to archived though the notes, etc. This type of change needs to be noted within the review.

  • Review Center does not provide a way to tell what has changed from one revision to the next. From a moderator/reviewer perspective this is crucial to ensure we are meeting our certification needs.
