We have currently experienced an issue with some deletions that were made.
We have already checked the activity stream and this does show deletion in the activity stream (main page) but not in the individual item. These item then started re-appearing periodically when running a weekly baseline comparison. When looking in the activity stream again for traceability for the restore, there was no restore anywhere in the activity stream or individual item. There was no traceability of these being restored anywhere. It also, in the activity stream deletion, showed a name for the deletion that was incorrect. Wouldn't this information be in the version view within the individual item? We do not see any activity on the item after 4 months ago, which is the state we currently expect to be. Questions from the issue from our side: 1. Can Jama track movement of items within a project? If yes, how do we get notified, or see access of when, why, and the possible action (like incorrect reuse) especially since we are currently having all our emails blocked (we believe this our internal IT department blocking for the last three weeks)? This specific issue was discussed with Megan in support already. 2. Is there a way for us to create a setting, filter to search, or any kind of logging or tracking file I can look for? The activity stream was not inclusive.

You are not alone.

Thanks for pointing that out, Harald.
Sandra, I'm going to merge your thread with the existing one on the topic of zombies. We in Support are trying to pin down this odd behavior, but haven't yet reproduced it. That thread is where we'll provide any updates or ask for more info.0
