Hi Kristina. Thanks for the info. I am using IE11. I will switch to Chrome or Firefox and see if the problem occurs there.
Been using Google Chrome for about 4 days now and no Red Box. Will report back after a few weeks of use.
If you are having this same issue in Chrome (not Internet Explorer), I would suggest putting in a ticket with our Support team so they can test and try to recreate and then possibly put in for a new defect.Best,
