    A number of Business Analysts have made inquires where they are not receiving email notifications when stakeholders submitted comments.  Is there a published document that explains the different scenarios when a moderator should receive email notification when comments are made?  For example.....I added myself (Org Admin) as a moderator for troubleshooting purposes but the current moderator did not receive an email notification that I added myself as an additional moderator.

    Hey John! That actually sounds like a great candidate for an article. We have an article that extensively covers how">">how review center comments work, but it doesn't address how the moderator role is different than other roles (i.e. it just says that moderators get emails). I don't think there are any email notifications that go out to existing moderators when moderators are changed/added or other administrative changes take place. So this sounds like a gap in our documentation. I'll add a documentation task to our backlog to explore this a little more and see what we can write about. AFAIK moderators should receive notifications for comments as long as they have 'Followed' all items in the review.

    Not quite what you're looking for, but did you see Janessa's article about how different roles in the Review Center will show different menu options? This one might be helpful in other circumstances.

    Basically I'm trying to see if I can limit the amount notification messages
