Hello,  Can someone provide an explanation on what occurs from a licensing standpoint when someone who is not a Jama user is "at mentioned" (can't type the symbol because it turns into a picture for some reason in your text editor here) in a comment outside of review center?  I had a user make a comment on a requirement item and  "at mention" someone's email address so that person would be notified via email that their name had been mentioned.  That "at mentioned" person was not set up as a user in Jama, and it appears they were automatically set up with a 30 day trial license because of that?  What does this license do and what kind of access has been given to the individual? In the Admin/Users section, it shows the individual's email address as the Username, Full Name and Email, and License type is "30 day trial."  Thanks!

    Hi Heather,

We have an article about this (and other variations on the theme). They will be able to see what they were @-mentioned on in the Stream, but won't be able to see anything in the Projects themselves until you add permissions for them.
