Hi,

On our Jama items, we use a Roll-Up fields to show the % of "A" values downstream.
But we find differences between:
- The value shown in our upstream item.
- The export value of this upstream item.
- What we really have in downstream items.

#1st case:
An item display "100% of "A" downstream" > Export ​"100% of "A" downstream" > Reality: 1 item is "A", a second one is "B" = 50%.
Here you can see that JAMA doesn't reflect reality.

#2nd case:
An item display "100% of "A" downstream" > Export ​"0% of "A" downstream" > Reality: 0 item with "A" downstream.
Here the roll-up displayed in the item just doesn't reflect the reality but the export does.

How can I fix this issue ?
I have already tried to re-index the project but nothing change.
Is it because our items are locked ? I'm not sure because this field should be updated even if items are locked, no ?

Thanks for reaching out with all of that information about the rollup issues that you're experiencing.  Unfortunately, I'm not really able to replicate this on my end when I try it.  Would you be able to provide some screenshots here (with any private information hidden, of course) along with the steps that you use to reproduce this so that I could dig into it deeper?

Thanks for the thorough response back here.  I am still running into issues reproducing this, so I think that at this point, actually getting on a screen-share would be best so that we could walk through this all together.  Would it be possible for you to open a ticket so that we could work through this directly?  ​

Downstream DS: DS-580 & DS-590

As you can see, only 1 of the 2 DS is "Releasable", so the rollup should reflect only "50%". But it's not the case.

As you can see, the DS is NOT "Releasable" so the upstream FS should reflect "0%".
