    Help! Accidentally locked out all users as organizational admin. How do we get into license to reset users as admin?

    If you're self hosted then a possible solution could be to log into Jama as root user which gives access to the system administration panel where you have the ability to manage permissions.

    I wanted to add that if you are in the Cloud, you will have to have a Named Support Contact make a ticket with our Support team and they can root into your system for you.
