  • 1.  Error message when importing doors zip. What does this mean?

    ​​Hi,

    I am experimenting with the DOORs zip file importer. With one of the imports I am getting the following error message: Failure importing file: com.jamasoftware.contour.api.exception.DocumentNullOrInactiveException - A 'from' document ID must be specified to save this relationship. By hand editing the HTML export from DOORS, I have identified that one of three links in one of the objects is causing this error. There are 965 objects in the module I am importing and more than 1000 links.Here are things I have looked for and ruled out:
    1. The HTML syntax looks correct.
    2. The problem is not caused by one of the links being internal (i.e., starting and ending in the same DOORS module) because other objects have internal links and are not causing this error.

     I am not sure what this error message means or what to do about it. Any insights?
