    We've come across an intermittent situation in Review Center:  sometimes when trying to add a comment, the text box appears with a red border and doesn't allow the user to continue.  Refreshing the browser sometimes helps.  Why does this happen?

    We've had this issue reported by a handful of customers who are using IE 11. It can't be regularly reproduced (as you noted, it's intermittent). Something happens when replying to comments where the comment modal seems to think there is no text in the comment box, even though there is.

    The workaround is to use a different browser. I'll add your organization to the bug (SOS-DEF-105), but I'd like to confirm; are you using IE 11, and is your org allowed to use Chrome or Firefox instead?
