    Hi,
    My configuration;
    • Build date: 2020/01/31 10:33 - Version: Jama Connect 8.42.3
    • Windows 10 Professional version 1709 (OS Build 16299.1932)
    • Google Chrome Version 83.0.4103.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)
    I've encountered an error dialogue when comparing versions of a Verification Case. Error is "Unknown error has occurred. View server logs for more information". I searched for this string in the User community but didn;t come up with anything obvious. I'll ask my JAMA admin to go through the server logs, but has anyone come across this before, and do they have any advice on what I might consider/look out for?

    Derek:

    Did your Admin find anything in the logs? This is a test case, yes? If they have access to the database, they might want to check the step index and see if there is anything out of order there?

    I would recommend, having your Admin make a ticket with our Support team if you need more assistance digging into the logs!
