    Is there a way to adjust the session time limit in instances using single sign on? I can't log in as a root user with SSO.

    Thank you for posting. For cloud customers, we recommend a Named Support Contact submit a support ticket and our support team can administer these changes. For cloud customers, Jama Software manages the system administration. For Standard/on-prem/self-hosted instances, you can work with your system administrator.
