System ignoring Session Timeout setting

  • 1.  System ignoring Session Timeout setting

We have set the Session Timeout to 10 hours (600 minutes) so we could reasonably only have to login once per day. However, this setting is not being honored. I still have to log in after every couple hours of non-activity. Is there another setting that I don't know about?

    Kevin:

My first thought was to ask if you have some sort of timing setting in any company Single Sign On (SSO) or SAML? Something added to your authentication process which could interfere with this single application one?

I don't believe so. We have a number of other SSO/SAML applications that don't exhibit the same problematic behavior.
Our Jama installation is configured with ActiveDirectory, but it is not SSO or SAML.
