Support

I created a new picklist called BMO_Scope.
I then create a custom version of requirement called BMO_Requirement, which contains the picklist (called BMO Scope).
When I create a filter view the column BMO Scope is a dark grey (see image below) and does not export to word, even though it is selected to.
Any ideas what might be the issue here?

its the same behavior on our site in Jama 8.10.2. In our case Description is also not exported. Is it exported in your report?

I'm using 8.13.0 
The description gets exported, however, I added the created date as an experiment and it doesn't get exported.
It appears to only export the fields it feels like. This is the case in word. In excel however, all of the fields get exported.

It looks like this is a bug, SOS-DEF-637, in which fields configured in list view do not get exported, and what fields do export seem to be random (and that description fits your experiences). I'm checking on the status of the bug, as it looked like we started a fix but haven't completed it. I'll let you know if/when I have good news.
