    Hello,

What is the quickest way to remove the sample projects and default item types from a fresh JAMA install?

    Thanks.

    Hi Andy:

You can delete and/or archive projects from the Project dropdown: Archive a Project.

We do recommend archiving over deleting but, you can see in the example, that deleting the project is possible from this view. Note: If you do delete, it won't leave the instance right away. Project deletion doesn't happen immediately - projects are queued for deletion when you hit 'delete' in the UI, then once a day a job runs that permanently removes the data from the database.

Deleting Item Types: you can delete item types from the Administration panel. You will need full Organizational Administrator permissions to do this: Add and Edit Item Types. Note: you will not be able to delete these item-types from your instance: attachment, component, core, folder, set, test cycle, test plan, test run, text.

    Best,
