Publish revision button unresponsive

    We have seen a few instances where the "Publish revision" button is unresponsive.  The user has worked through the Review Wizard and when getting to step 4 the click the button but nothing happens.  In one case, the user had moved an item out of the component that was included in the review.  In the other case, the user moved an item to another component and deleted one item.

    In both cases, the button was unresponsive and therefore they could not publish an updated review.

    Is there something specific we can do to avoid this situation?

    Hi Michelle,

    In order to better understand the situation can you please confirm if the users were able to publish the review when going through the review wizard a second time, or after refreshing the page?

    HI Carmen,

     

    They were not able to publish the review using the Wizard.  In one case, they had to just click "Publish" in order to be successful.  In the other case, I had to publish the review for them.
