Enforce Relationship Rules

I have relationship rules created for my project.  The checkbox to "allow..." is not marked.

I allow a system requirement to link downstream to a requirement.
If I decide to convert a requirement into a system requirement, all relationships stay.
The result is I now have a system requirement with a downstream system requirement, which is not allowed by my relationship rules.

Is there any easy way to find all violations of the relationship rules?

hey @Gary! I apologize for the delay on answering this question. Unfortunately my answer is a simple "no." As you've no doubt discovered, there are ways to circumvent relationship rules (and even some functions that don't take them into account)...but there is no system "flag" that accounts for this. (I like your idea, though-much like suspect links can be mass identified, it would be helpful for this to be identifiable). As it stands, you'd have to create filters that search for relationships that don't conform, which is a tall order if you have many types identified in your rules.
