Bookmarks not available in Jama 8.36.0

    Hi,
    we migrated our production data to a newly installed Jama 8.36.0
    Unfortunaltely neither the migrated bookmarks, nor newly created bookmarks are available in the Home Section of a user.
    Please let us know how our users can access their bookmarks again.

    Hi Anna,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    I'm not quite sure if bookmarks would persist through a migration, but newly created bookmarks definitely should. To better troubleshoot this issue, please submit a ticket through the Support Portal or by emailing support@jamasoftware.com. Please be sure to include screenshots or video recordings of the behavior you're seeing.

    this is how our Home-Page looks like - the "Bookmarks" section is missing completely, even if adding new bookmarks:
    No Bookmark Section

    I will open a ticket with support.
