    Hi,

I have about 175 requirements in the review and after editing an item team members are experiencing time lag of about 3-5 seconds for the edit to reflect on screen. Why would this be so slow?

    Rahul:

This is very dependent on many individual factors: how environments are set up, how many users are editing at one time, size of item data load, the local Jama cache, your server resources etc.

Are your users editing the items in the Review and then are waiting for the item, in Connect, to reflect the changes from the Review Center? Depending on how your data resources are allocated, this transition may take a little bit to complete the full function. Or sometimes, depending on the browser (and the last time the cache has been emptied) it takes a long time, or a refresh, for it to show up in the UI.

Rahul, is this something that you are seeing across your whole org or is it focused on a few users?

    Hi Chloe and Rahul,
I also experience the review center as very slow.
E.g. first I liked the "to be reviewed" Filter, but it takes too long (more than one second) to update the view (once I reviewed an item).
Additionally, the TOC view is buggy- sometimes you click on a chapter and Jama jumps to a total different item.

    Hi Chloe,

    On your questions below:
    1. it's a cloud setup
    2. only 1-2 people editing at the same time
    3. let me know how you would like the data load to be calculated
    4. I am using chrome and others using IE
    5. the issues is visible across the users
    6. the delay is in the review center after entering the comment and the page to reflect the changes

    Rahul and Sebastian:

You can check your entire instance data load against this chart in the help guide: Estimate Application Server Size.
Per project, a good guide is your System Health Report, in your Admin panel.

    Hi Chloe,

The load application service size for us would be small and I checked the system health report. It's all green check marks.
