    Error is this: "Error in deserializing body of reply message for operation 'getChildrenOfItem'".This tool is built around the API and had previously worked, as recent as last May (2017). Tool is attempting to pull all child items of parent id 1927. It appears to only be happening with one requirement, and in the little digging that is possible, it may be some sort of issue at this level, when it attempts to build and return the getChildrenOfItemResponse:

    Since you already have a ticket open to address this issue, I think it would be best to pursue further troubleshooting over the ticket.
