I have teams who have deleted large sets of JIRA data without individually deleting linked items in JAMA. How can we locate all the items in JAMA that have orphaned JIRA links? Our goal is to delete the corresponding JAMA items too.
As you've probably discovered, there's no quick way to do this. You'll have to kick off a sync and watch the error logs; you should see something like "the proxy task does not exist (ArtifactNotFoundException)" in the logs. If you go into the sync task and mark the items for resync, it should force a sync that will produce errors.
We do follow the process you mentioned. However, that is done by our Admin. We are looking for a solution that can be done by any user without Admin involvement.
Is there a way to move this to the Feature Request discussion?
There isn't a way to move a conversation to feature requests, so it'd be best if you made a new one in that section. This is a great question to keep in the Support area, though!
