Data Exchange: When exporting a "SET" of requirements to ReqIF, the HIERARCHY is lost.

    We exchange requirements (item type - Stakeholder) with our Vendor.  They supply a ReqIF file, which we import using Data Exchange, using Exchange via round-trip.  This process seems to have worked ok, and the import of the Stakeholder requirements was successful, with the HIERARCHY maintained.  Our Vendor uses CodeBeamer.

    We then make the required changes in JAMA and export using Data Exchange, and export Exchange via round-trip, selecting the same conversation type and round-trip field.  The export works without error and we get a ReqIF file, but in comparing this with the imported (vendor supplied) ReqIF, it can be seen that the HIERARCHY has been lost.  This results in an import error within the Vendors tool.

    Can someone please assist with this issue, we arent able to find any documentation or settings that might be causing this.

    P.S. As a test, we attempted to re-import our exported requirements back into JAMA, and get the following error from the Data Exchange tool;
    As you can see, the "parent" & "item" is null, which I believe is unexpected.

    Vendor's ReqIF shows the HIERARCHY, while the export one from Data Exchange does not. (Vendor ReqIF on Left, Exported on Right)

    We could also not find any telling information in the user guide (apart from the "Mapping Specifications and Spec Objects" section)
