Is there a way to filter out items that are not synchronized with another item?

I only see ways to find items that are synchronized but I don't see a way to find the items that aren't.

Hi Phil,

Let me know if this works for you. Choose GlobalID > is not shared with. This will return all items that do not have a shared Global ID or in other words, items that are not synchronized with other items.
