Can anyone share the procedure how to map the requirement to the test cases and vice versa? Also how to find out whether this feature is enabled in our Jama application.
Could you clarify what you're looking for in terms of "mapping" these two item types? Generally speaking customers use relationships to ensure proper test coverage of requirements: see this video as an example. By default any item can be related to another, however, the Jama admin can establish Relationship Rules which create boundaries for what items can be related to others.
If the test cases and requirements already exist in Jama and you do need to relate many of them quickly, you can use the relationship import plugin.
I was trying to link the requirement to the test cases. However I do not see an option to add the requirement as described in the Video tutorial.
Admin at Crestron needs to enable any settings? or Do we need to contact Jama support team for Crestron?
You should check with your admin. They might need to enable the Relationships widget on the item type(s) or make sure the relationship rules allow the link to be made.
