    While updating Test Cases, not able to create comments over REST API, since comment post API is different, it is creating extra comments. This change has been observed.

    It will be better if there will be one entry highlights both the "update" as well as "comments".
    Can it be possible?

    Hi Gayathri,

    Yes, there is a POST /comments endpoint you can use to add a comment to an Item (e.g. Test Case) with the API.

    Can you say more about why you are seeing duplicate comments? And what you are interested in accomplishing with the API?

    Hi Sara,

    We've already tried the POST /comments endpoint.

    However, it displays as multiple entries in the activities list(screenshot attached)

     Let me know if there is a way we could update the item as well as the comment in a single POST request.
