    Is it possible to edit the email Workflow Notification Templates to allow Rich Text?  We have updated our templates to allow for the "Description" fields to pass through, but in a lot of cases, tables are within that text.

    Here is how it is coming through on email:

    Membership Accounting


    Billing Messages








    Membership Accounting


    Stop Ages & Wait Periods Table






    Membership Accounting


    Managed Care:


                                                    Debit Card, banking institutions, generate actions, relationship codes, area IDs

    These notification templates are very limited in what they will allow and we do not have support for editing them. They use Velocity code, so the answer is somewhere in playing around with Velocity.

    Laura, perhaps there is a better way through user subscriptions to package this information the way you need?

    A very limited number of users need to be notified when a ticket is moved into different statuses; they wouldn't need/want a subscription email every time something changes on the ticket, which is why we are using the notifications within workflow configuration. I will relay the below information back to my team for further analysis/decisions for moving forward – thank you
