    Good Afternoon,
    One of my team's users has uploaded some requirements but they are not displaying in the Explorer Tree, when we search for them they appear and show as under the folder but are not listed there in the tree. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

    Hi Jackie:

    Is this behavior consistent in all your user's instances? If so, I would look at performing a Project Clean up. Here is a Community article explaining the process: When to Perform a Project Clean Up.

    If this behavior is only in the one user's instance then I would suggest, emptying the cache, logging out and logging back in, even restarting the computer, checking different browsers, if in Chrome do an incognito view. See if it persists.
