Login Bug

    Hi,

    One of the users tried to login after clicking on the link sent on reset password. After clicking on the submit button on the login page the attach pic page opens up. I did try to refresh the page but still the same thing with the new login link.

    User is using internet explorer and does not has chrome or firefox browsers.

    The attached image of a NeuroStar system and is part of the system requirements.

    Please provide the solution at the earliest.

    Hi, I have a few questions. Could you send me the link they are clicking for the reset password? Is this happening to this one user or many? Can you ask your user to take out everything after jamacloud.com/ in the url and see where that takes them? And last question: can you ask the user to clear their Internet Explorer cache and then try to click that link again?

    I have not heard the same complaint from other reviewers (total of 17 reviewers).

     

    What minimum fields would you like the user to select for clearing cache?

    I think you could be safe deleting the top four in the cache: Preserve Favorites, Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History.

    After they do that, refresh the browser, ask for a new password request.
