  • 1.  Number of issues differ between menu and explorer screen.

    Hello,

    We have noticed that the number of change requests at the left side under the menu part doesn't show the complete list as it shows in the main explorer view. In one of our projects the left side shows about 407 change requests while the complete list in the main Explorer side shows 479 change requests.

    Does anyone know where this difference comes from? I tried re-indexing the project but this problem stayed.

    I came across a similar issue some time ago that may be causing your issue.

    The issue was related to a project setting.

    Click Project| Configure Project | Settings and you will see a setting for "Max items displayed in explorer tree:"

     

    I think there ae limitations of maxing this number too big so change with caution.
