Arrange excel import in a specific order

    Hi all
    I need to export specific fields to excel and to have them arrange in a specific order.
    Is anyone knows how to make a specific fields, to appear automatically (instead of choosing them every time)?
    also, how to automatically arrange thus fields i want to export, in a specific order ?
    for example, the first column is "Name", the second is "Description", the third is "Project" and so...
    instead of organize them manually?

    Here is a video describing the functionality and limitations of using the office report excel download here: Video "Using Export to Excel". As our SA mentions here, you will be able to play with the Mail Merge codes a bit more if you are doing a download to Word verses Excel. Here is the link to the Office Reports section in the Community for your reference.

    Here is another article about our advanced reporting: Introduction to Advanced Reporting. It outlines which reporting style would work best according to your situation. For instance, our Word and Excel exports are great when you just need to get information quickly out of Jama but if you are needing to change the "order" or have it look a certain way - Velocity or BIRT will be the way to go.
