API for Review Centre?

The JAMA REST API provides a good mean to develop code to perform analysis and extract metrics on the contents for a large database or a complex system.
Would it be possible to have in the same way an API for the Review Centre, so it is possible to analyse the comments and reviews done by a large set of reviewers on a large complex database? This may help to improve the way to conclusions and outcome of the review are obtained.
