Add "Save and Next" in Edit item

Thanks for sharing this idea, Cosmin! If a user needs to edit all or most of the fields of items in one go, this makes sense.
Tabbing with the inline editor works well, but that only works if you have all the fields visible.0 -
Seconding this. "Save & Next" would have a big usability impact in several areas. Editing items for one, but most particularly when doing test runs.
Current state, editing multiple items from list view example user journey: click IUD link, click edit, click save & done, click list view tab, repeat. Adding a Save and next button to the edit window (perhaps as a split drop down in the save & close button?) would reduce this by two clicks for a much better UX.
This would also be very useful to have in the Test Execution window.0 -
Thanks for the added context, Alex. Makes sense to me, especially since test runs are executed many in a row.0

I would also add this functionality:
When an user needs to create several requirements in the Contour he ticks the "Add another" check box and then clicks on "Save and New" button.
If each request has the same attributes the user has to check/set them with every request. This significantly slows the work down. It would be good to keep the values set (prefilled) when saved for the newly created item.
