Allow a possibility to change status when an item is reused

Today when an item is reused status is take over from the source item. It would be good if it is possible to not reuse the status but allow to be set to another value or at least to set it to the initial value.

Use case:
When we reuse the item that is Accepted but we need to pass review with this item in another project we have to change the status to Open or Specify manually. Possibility to change the status during the reuse would help up a lot.

    Have you tried setting up an advanced reuse rule to reset this field upon reuse? We utlize a rule to set certain fields (for instance, status) from X value to Initial Draft upon reuse.
