Add item type to all projects

Hello,

I didn't see any posts regarding this yet.  But it would be handy to have a "add item type to all projects" feature.

We have lots of projects and when we create a new item type that's applicable to every project, it's extremely tedious to be adding the new item type into each project's allowed item types tab, on a per-project basis.  Imagine when you have hundreds of projects and need to add a new item type to all of them!

Ideally, there should be an abstracted "manage item types" page that makes it efficient to add/remove item types to projects.
