Yes! I've been using the Boolean type as a report criterion for this sort of thing but a pick list would be a huge improvement.

It would be great if we could add a parameter for custom reports that used a picklist to give the user a limited set of options the report supports. Since picklists already exist in general, I think just being able to select an existing picklist would be best for this.
