Extra information for uploaded templates

Within the Office Templates panel, it would be good to have a little more information displayed to accompany user uploaded templates. The current panel only shows the name of the template and whether it was uploaded for 'All Projects' or a single project. Some extra basic information like date/time uploaded and who uploaded it would be useful. We're trying to keep track of multiple variants of a template and this additional information would be helpful.
