Getting new window when I do not have Add Another checked

We are on version 8.24. When I add a test plan, a test case, a folder, a test cycle - does not matter- I get a new one. I do not have the Add Another checked. This just started happening this week.

Also, if I click Save and Close, the window refreshes, but I have to do Save and close again before I get the Commit.

All these are getting very annoying.
