Items locked for moving in the Explorer

Hi,

I need the possibility to lock Items (and containers as well) for moving (in Explorer).
System-locked Items cannot be moved -> (error)
The same behavior for manually locked items (and container) would suffice.

    Yes, I agree with this. In addition, I would also like to be able to relationships to items that are locked as an Admin.

    I frequently have to make quick workflow routines to quickly add relationship to requirements that we lock in our approval process.
