Review Center: Add ability to transition an item's workflow-enabled field at the single item view

Use Case
Review Moderator is going through each item in the review, responding to comments, making changes. As it becomes clear that reviewers agree on a new value for a field that has a workflow applied to it, the Review Moderator would like to change that value and then move on to the next item in the review to do the same work.
Problem
This is not possible. There is no "Transition this item from X to Y" ability, as there is in the Project section of Jama. The Review Moderator must switch his/her view to the Stats view, then find the item he/she was just looking at and choose "Batch Transition", change the value and commit. Then go back to the review items and continue. Lots of wasted time and focus.
Suggestion
Add a similar functionality as already exists in the Project area to enable "Transition this item from X to Y". It could be located near the Edit Item button or inside the Edit Item dialog.
